We currently ship across Canada. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We pack all teas with care to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival. If you have special delivery instructions, please add them at checkout.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns on opened tea.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@teaspace.ca with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing immediately and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
